"BEWARE. I do not recommend State Farm insurance or this Branch location. I was crashed into by an uninsured motorist back in December. State Farm has been awful to work with, I still do not have my vehicle back because State Farm refuses to pay the body shop because they used to new parts (as recommended by Volkswagen) and not second hand used parts. State Farm, instead cut a check to the person at fault for the crash to cover themselves, and left me hanging. No vehicle, paying out of pocket for a rental car and no guidance. Even though this branch is happy to take your payment, This branch location offered no assistance, and just tells you “they don’t deal with claims call the 800 number” which is painful in itself. I’ve attempted to speak with the actual agent, but have been unsuccessful. I was told my multiple people in the automotive industry that State Farm recently changed on the corporate level, and this has been the new norm. Poor customer service."

"Wish we could put Zero Stars. Awful and terrible. Starts with your leadership. Peggy Waite unprofessional to say the least. Della Perez(office manager) is rude and very condescending . Again if your leadership is poor , what do you expect the regular staff to be like. Annary Curbelo (senior team leader) is also rude and acts like her mess do not stink. Needs an attitude adjustment for sure. Della & Annary are to arrogant. These 3 people are unprofessional and need to learn how to talk to adults. They talk down to you like you are a child. Mrs Melanie ( our actual agent)is the only reason we stayed for so long. She is everything you would hope for when choosing an agent. Really genuine and knowledgeable. Almost 6+ years with her. Sorry, but that's no longer enough to keep us. Customer service is everything and we are tired of settling for disrespect and incompetence. I'll spend my money elsewhere ! Where paying on time and early are truly appreciated. Everyone who reads this ought to turn around and go elsewhere while you can. Save yourself the trouble & insults !!!
